Hi,

We would like to establish a new mirror in Taiwan, and we would like to apply for access to those rsync masters (e.g. ftp-master.debian.org)
Is there additional information we need to provide to get the access? Since I saw the rsync is authenticate by password.

syncproxy2.wna.debian.org is closest to us, and our FQDN/IP is mirror.twds.com.tw (103.147.22.36).
