Hi,

Since we now have multiple mirrors in the region of TW.
Is it possible to add the mirror.twds.com.tw into the DNS record of ftp.tw.debian.org?
Which will serve as the backup incase of the NCHC one can't be
connected (it happened few time before).
We can also share the load by Round Robin, if there is a GeoDNS with AS
partition will be even better.

I've applied this, but note that there are two parts here - this change
makes the mirror status system track whether your mirror is currently
in a suitable state to be (part of) ftp.tw.debian.org, but it doesn't
affect DNS in any way. That will need to be a separate manual DNS
change, which I may look at a little later depending on the outcome of
this change.
