the calamaris-cron-script calls calamaris with "-f auto" which forces input
format to be "auto" instead of what admin may have set in calamaris.conf,
which is already set to "auto" by default.

If calamaris incorrectly detects input format, it may results in produced
error:

"More than 5% discarded logfile-lines."

This happens e.g. when using "squid-useragent" squid log format, which is
correctly parsed as 'squid-extended'

Please, drop the "-f auto" from calamaris-cron-script

calamaris, which is due to be installed in the Debian FTP archive.
