In some applications (e.g. gnome-control-center), graphical artifacts are observed, but what is interesting, for example, in gnome-terminal there are no artifacts

Well, gnome-control-center uses GTK4 and gnome-terminal currently uses
GTK3 so it's expected that there are differences.

Please provide more detailed information about your graphics card and
the graphical artifacts. Screenshots are helpful.

What version of libgtk-4-1 do you have installed?
