After a recent upgrade making breeze-icon-theme a transitional dummy
package depending on kf6-breeze-icon-theme, all breeze icons with
adaptive color support are displayed as if my accent color were black.
More details and the patch to fix icons in Dolphin, Gwenivew, etc, are
available in #1079123.

This bug report aims to provide the patch to fix icons in Plasma.

The attached screenshot shows that each icon in Plasma, Dolphin,
Gwenivew, etc, looks correct after applying the mentioned two patches.

as the package plasma-framework has just been removed from the Debian archive
unstable we hereby close the associated bug reports.  We are sorry
