Dear Maintainer,

I'm planning on an update of the rust-ratatui, from 0.25 to 0.28. Please kindly
adapt dependency on it in this package accordingly. Running cargo test with
crates.io sourced ratatui 0.28 yielded no errors.

Control: severity -1 important

ratatui 0.28 has entered unstable, but its migration is blocked by the
unicode-width 0.1.13 update blast [1]. Anyway, now could be the time to (ask
upstream to) update the dependency.
