Renaming the import from noise to noiseprotocol broke the python3-trezor
package.

Currently it is being worked around with a patch, but this is not ideal
because this solution would require patches in *every* program that uses
python3-noiseprotocol, and in some cases those patches could be much larger
and take more maintenance than what is required for python3-trezor.

I think it would be a much better solutions to declare a Breaks for the
python3-noise package.  As these have an upstream namespace conflict, there is
no dependency that expects them to be coinstallable.

This is prohibited by policy 10.1.

We had this problem in the past e.g. when with git and node,

Not in one dependency, but this splits a part of our archive into two
