Dear Debian ndpi package maintainer,

As shown on https://github.com/ntop/nDPI/releases , a new upstream release
v4.10 for pacakge ndpi is available now. Please consider packaging the new
release.

The new release is the prerequisite for the new version of package pmacct.
It would be great if the new version could be packaged soon so that we do
not miss the Debian 13 release. Thanks!
