I strongly suggest you readjust your tone here. Apparently the maintainer is either busy or otherwise AWOL. The bugs your patch are fixing are not loong64 specific, so why frame this as a loong64 fix? Why not instead put the patch into the existing "FTBFS with gcc-14" bug, #1074819, and close this one? Also FWICT you're "fixing" some issues by turning off gcc's new checks. That also doesn't seem entirely right. Chris
