python-easysnmp has been abandoned upstream, there have been no recent commits
in https://github.com/easysnmp/easysnmp/

An actively maintained fork is available on
https://github.com/carlkidcrypto/ezsnmp .  However, it's using a new name, so
we can't just switch to a new upstream.
