will be useful in situations like,

1. riseup-vpn qt client does not work (did not work on two of my mobile devices Librem 5/Trixie and FLX1/Trixie )
2. You want better integration with Network Manager / phosh / your favorite DE or want to start from CLI.

I'm currently using this method as riseup-vpn client don't work on FuriPhone FLX1 (stuck on initial loading screen).

Script could be offered as riseup-vpn-gen-ovpn-config or something like that.
