Dear Maintainer, hi!

I'm tmux-plugin-manager for quite a while now, but recently I've started
to use Debian bookworm on one of my machines and tripped over a tpm bug
[1]. Basically, plugins can't be loaded in the standard way if tmux.conf
is not in home dir. It's pretty annoying because I have all my configs
set and managed in git, so it'd be very very helpful to have 3.1.0
available in bookworm-backports. If you don't have the time to do it, I
can do it and take care of it in backports (new uploads, managing bugs,
etc.).
