Dear Maintainer,

I set the "high contrast" setting in the "Widgets" section of "Style" in Budgie Desktop Settings and was unable to reverse the change until I found the
"Accessibility" section of Budgie System Settings where there is a similar "high contrast" setting. Reverting that solved the problem in Budgie Desktop Settings.
