Dear Maintainer,

After upgrading to GNOME 47, I've been expiriencing an issue with the external monitor.
It is a kind of screen tearing, I don't know how to describe it but when playing a game, it seems like it is drawing parts of old frames.
The external monitor is connected through an HDMI port on a dual AMD GPU laptop.
I mitigate the issue by putting the laptop into sleep and then resuming, but the drawing still seems unsmooth.
