After recent update I found that right click on touchpad stopped working. It is
visible in the libinut debug-events (BTN_RIGHT), and it works on login screen,
but not in my session.

Switching on/off option "Disable secondary click" in Gnome Tweaks does not
change this behavior and it looks like this option is working all the time,
even if disabled (my touchpad does not have physical buttons).

What packages were updated since last time your touchpad worked as you
expected? (Please look in /var/log/apt/history.log and
/var/log/apt/term.log)

This is unlikely to be a regression caused by the gnome metapackage
itself, which basically doesn't do anything (it only exists to have
somewhere to list dependencies). The most likely packages to affect
touchpad handling are things like gnome-shell, mutter-related packages
(libmutter-15-0), gsettings-desktop-schemas, gnome-settings-daemon.
