Dear Maintainer,

I am happily using the bookworm-backports package of matrix-synapse on
several hosts.

I noticed, that you recently updated the packages in unstable to
1.116.0-4.
In contrast the package in bookworm-backports remained at 1.95.1-1~bpo12+1
for a while.

I am curious, how you plan to update the packages until Trixie:
* do you intend to update the backports package?
* or do you plan to update only the package in unstable/testing?

This would help me to decide, how to proceed with my setups.

Sadly the matrix ecosystem is quite volatile: recently file uploads and
room invitations partly stopped working for me. I assume, this is caused
by incompatibilities between fresh and older matrix homeservers.
