upgrading upgrading mesa-libgallium without upgrading mesa-vdpau-drivers to
the same version caused a failure to find libvdpau_r600.1.0.0.so as it is now a
symbolic link to the same version of mesa-libgallium shared library:

/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/vdpau/libvdpau_r600.so.1.0.0 -> ../libgallium-24.2.7-1.so

   * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
     ineffective)?

upgraded mesa-vdpau-drivers to the same version as mesa-libgallium

   * What was the outcome of this action?
   * What outcome did you expect instead?
