Would it be possible to provide emwm from http://fastestcode.org/emwm.html ?

The development of the original mwm seems to have stalled.
Emwm is a fork which provides some additional features like UTF8-support and multi-monitor-support.

I missed this bug report filed against the mwm binary package.

I'm attempting to reassign it to 'Work-Needing and Prospective Packages' (WNPP).

Would you please would provide the information (license, description,
etc.) per the 'Request For Package' (RFP) [1] example?
