The German text is:
mapfile: mapfile [-d Begrenzer] [-n Anzahl] [-O Quelle] [-s Anzahl] [-t] [-u fd]

The correct translation for *origin* in this context is *Anfang*.
*Quelle* is misleading that a file could be the data source.
