Dear Maintainer,

I have copyq on autostart (using xfce4), but it crashes after a few
minutes. Tried re-installing, but it made no difference.

Extract from syslog regarding crash, and associated coredump attached.

Hello,
[..]

Thanks for your bug report. I tried setting up copyq on a fresh xfce
install, enabled autostart, and ran it for a while, but I wasn't able to
reproduce the crash. Going by the logs and the coredump you shared, the
program crashes from qt6gui library when trying to fetch the geometry of
the screen. It seems like the problem might be related to your specific
display/screen setup.

If you're still having issues running copyq on your system. Let me know
if there's a way to reproduce the crash.

Merry Christmas and happy holidays !
