Hi,

Wireshark build-depends on qt6-base-dev that Depends on
qt6-qpa-plugins, but as reported at
https://gitlab.com/wireshark/wireshark/-/merge_requests/18391 ,
qt6-qpa-plugins may not be installed with wireshark making wireshark
crash instead of starting.

This most likely affects all Qt programs running under VNC and some
VirtualBox installations.
Since AFAIK there is no good way of expressing that libqt6gui6 depends
on qt6-qpa-plugins when VNC or VirtualBox is in use, please just
depend on it. Otherwise every Qt GUI application package would need to
depend on qt6-qpa-plugins, which does not scale well.

qt6-qpa-plugins itself is a small package with a small set of
dependencies, with many dependencies being dependencies of libqt6gui6
already.
