I am attempting to follow the instructions at:
I have already built a .deb file; I now need to "dput" a debsign'ed
.changes file.

What is the simplest way to compose a .changes file? Is there a good
online example of a simple one??
(many of the descriptions of it online run off into the weeds...)

Does the .changes file include the .deb file (looks like it doesn't...)

Is/can the .changes file be the "control" file in the DEBIAN folder?

This seems to suggest it might...
