Additionally the NEW upstream has a version v3.3.3 that superceeds the
latest v3.3.2-3 reported. I have confirmed that it superceeds because
v3.3.2-2 lacks the addition of `GroupExternalAuthNCheck` directive
in Apache HTTPd.

With the lack of responses, I have uploaded a mentors package (
https://mentors.debian.net/package/libapache2-mod-authnz-external/) so that
this can at least be at the latest version as of today (2025-03-06).
