Dear Maintainer,

Importing a recurring event and then a METHOD:CANCEL event for a
particular occurrence of this recurring event results in the deletion
of all occurences of the recurring event (only the first one appearing
a CANCELLED in the ikhal interface, the following occurrences being
just removed).

With files in attachment you can try:

```
$ khal import invite.ics
$ khal import cancel1.ics
```
