newer versions of khelpcenter depend on Qt6 WebEngine which is only
available on a small set of architectures.

Could you please remove khelpcenter from other archs (armel mips64el
ppc64el riscv64 s390x) where it cannot be built anymore, so the package
can transition to testing ?
