My attempt to add libcss & libdom is on
https:/salsa.debian.org/aelmahmoudy/netsurf
yet the build failed:

for some reason the build system seems to look for libcss.pc.in in
libnslog subdir instead of libcss !

Anyways there's another issue, is that the individual libraries actually
should have a different version that that of netsurf, for example libcss
version should be 0.9.2. I think the proper way would be to have a
separate source package for the each required library, although that
might mean also packaging other libraries too like libparserutils &
libwapcaplet
