I can't tell for sure if the cause is actually Gnome or something else, as logs seem to be quite vage. But after waking up from hibernation, the lock screen for entering the password is shown for about a second, then for about another second the screen flickers before turning black (but not off, backlight is still visible). Logging in to my computer via ssh and restarting gdm3 to restart the whole session has no effect, so does trying to switch tty. Below are the logs from journalctl run as root with --priority 4, from the point of
waking up all the way until I reboot the machine. I can also provide the logs with --priority 7, as well as running journalctl as my user if necessary.
