The update from 20241108 to 20241202 caused a regression [1] with bitmaps. The manpage still says

    truncate --size=110GB /var/tmp/loop1
    truncate --size=110GB /var/tmp/loop2
    losetup -P --show --find /var/tmp/loop1
    losetup -P --show --find /var/tmp/loop2
    mdadm --create md0 --level=1 --assume-clean --run --raid-devices=2 /dev/loop0 /dev/loop1

    mdadm --misc -D /dev/md/md0

This now says "Consistency Policy : resync" instead of "bitmap". This is likely
a regression from [2]. I reported it upstream at [3].

Severity important as this is a regression.
