Hello maintainers of KDE,

The behaviour of kmousetool has changed with 4:24.12.0-1

Steps to reproduce:
* I've used a recent live image, e.g.
https://get.debian.org/images/weekly-live-builds/amd64/iso-hybrid/debian-live-testing-amd64-kde.iso
* Start kmousetool
* Click on the 'Close' button
* -> In the system tray a new icon appears
* In the old version: left-click on the icon to show the kmousetool
dialog again
* In the current version: left-click on the icon does nothing (which
deviates from the other icons in the system tray
* In the current version: a right-click is required, followed by a click
on 'Configure KMouseTool...'

Is this the intended behaviour?
