Since taglib 2.x transition has been approved and taglib/2.0.2-1
has been uploaded to Sid, bumping the bug severity to serious
accordingly.

In the meanwhile, it is recommended to update the build-dep
package names to reflect the recent changes:

* (C library)   libtagc0-dev => libtag-c-dev
* (C++ library) libtag1-dev  => libtag-dev
