Beszel is a lightweight server monitoring platform that includes Docker

I worked on creating a Debian package for beszel-agent upstream:
https://github.com/henrygd/beszel/pull/497. I'm not sure what changes
would need to be made to pull this package into the Debian repo (I've
never done that before), and unfortunately don't have time to work on it
myself.
