I intend to orphan the persepolis-lib package.

The package description is:
 This package provides functions for implementing easier and faster
 downloading. Its features include multi-segment download of up to
 64 connections, and the resumption of downloads.

Aquila (CC'd) would like to take over this package, but he never
commented this bug report so I am doing that now on this behalf.

New version and many improvements have been posted and approved at
https://salsa.debian.org/python-team/packages/persepolis-lib/-/merge_requests/1

I intend to sponsor this upload.

If you truly orphaned this package, please stop touching it to avoid
conflicting changes with new maintainer.
