I'm interested in packaging this program.

I think you meant https://bugs.debian.org/726779. But given this ITP has
been stale since 2013, and that other distributions chose to use "dive"
for the current package [1], I think it should be the one named "dive"
instead of "docker-dive".

Upstream Debian packages are usually not made the same way as we do them
in Debian, so we will probably have to make one from scratch and package
the (few) missing dependencies.
