Dear Maintainer,

For several recent Debian Linux kernel versions, the Kconfig option
CONFIG_SND_USB_AUDIO_MIDI_V2 is not set. This prevents the use of USB
devices that implement USB MIDI2. Other *SND_UMP* dependencies do not
seem to be enabled either.
