webrtc-audio-processing 2.1 was released:

I see that the new version wants abseil >= 20240722 which is not in
Unstable yet. See https://bugs.debian.org/1081553 (Basically, there
will be an abseil transition after the Python 3.13 transition is
complete.)

Therefore, I'm going to work on getting webrtc-audio-processing 1.3
into Unstable first and we can look into version 2.x later.
