Dear Maintainer,

If iwd is used as an alternative to wpa_supplicant, it might be need to
have most of the same functional features. In this case, it might be
good to enable Ethernet authentication support, by using --enable-wired.

This is what is being done on Ubuntu:

This new option requires ell >= 0.69, which is not an issue in Debian.
