Hey.

Currently, the postinst re-downloads/installs the tarballs every time when
executed, e.g. even if there was no change on them which would make a re-download
necessary or even when just doing a dpkg-reconfigure.

Would be nice if the hashes of the currently downloaded ones could be stored as well
and diffed with those from the postinst and only if differing, a new download would
be made.
