Dear Maintainer,
**What led up to the situation?**
When running **Discover in fullscreen mode**, a **thin line or gap
appears at
the bottom of the screen**.
This issue **only occurs in Discover** – all other applications (e.g.,
Dolphin,
Firefox, Konsole) do not have this problem.
**What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or ineffective)?**
- Maximized the Discover window or entered **fullscreen mode (F11)** →
**Issue
appears**
- Restarted KWin (`kwin_x11 --replace &`) → **Issue persists**
- Tried different **scaling settings (100 %, 125 %, 150 %)** → **No change**
- Tested with both **proprietary and open-source graphics drivers** → **No
difference**
- Started Discover with **debug logging (`QT_LOGGING_RULES="*=true" plasma-
discover`)** but **no errors appeared**
**What was the outcome of this action?**
The **thin line at the bottom remains visible**, regardless of the above
troubleshooting steps.
**What outcome did you expect instead?**
- Discover should behave like other applications in fullscreen mode,
**without
displaying an unnecessary line at the bottom**.
