This package was in the phpunit dependency chain, but that’s not true
anymore starting with PHPUnit 12. This package won’t be maintained
upstream anymore, so it should be removed from Debian as soon as
PHPUnit 12 is in unstable and testing. Adding this bug report now in the
hope we don’t forget to take care of the removal once this package is no
longer relevant.
