Christian Persch wants Debian to provide the simple terminal apps
built by the vte2.91 source. They would need to be in a separate
binary package (or 2 since it is available in both gtk3 and gtk4
versions). They also provide .desktop files now too. He wants us to
include them so that users can install them to debug whether a bug is
at the vte level or whether it's a bug in apps that use vte.

To find the relevant files that need to be installed, remove the rm
lines and the dh_missing override from debian/rules .

We should update debian/copyright if we're going to do this. For
instance, some files are now Copyright Christian Hergert.

Control: tags -1 + forky sid

This will need a trip through NEW, so realistically it isn't going to
happen until the forky cycle opens. -tests or -examples packages would
make sense, optionally with the <!noinsttest> build-profile.
