On Plasma Mobile the Gwaey icon doesn't bring up a minimised/background
instance.  It brings up a new window which then goes away.

I exoect it to act likw Nheko, Firefox, and most other desktop apps ans
bring up the running copy.

Thia is really annoying on a phone UI.
