q6voiced was never a released package, neither in Mobian nor Debian. As
such, there's no reason for qcom-phone-utils to announce a conflict with it.

Please keep in mind that installing binary packages generated by another
user or even a CI pipeline implies the risk of future breakages and
should be done carefully.
