Dear Maintainer,

Fontconfig does not read the Japanese font name correctly and the
string is unintelligible. Therefore, the fonts are not available in
LibreOffice Writer. I have not checked, but other applications that
use Japanese font names should also be hindered.

I checked and it reads Japanese font names correctly up to fontconfig
2.14.2-6+b1. Since it was updated to 2.15.0, Japanese font names are
garbled.

I attach the results of running fc-list with 2.14 and 2.15 and a
LibreOffice Writer screenshot.
