Dear Maintainer,

It would seem that /etc/containers/registries.conf.d/shortnames.conf is very
much out of date with https://github.com/containers/shortnames (the upstream).

It would seem better to have it be a separate package rather than remembering to
copy from upstream into this package, in order to keep it up to date?

This is wishlist because it's not that urgent or critical, mainly it's nice to
use it to work out what the official registry of images are.
