I noticed this on a subscription confirmation from today;
looking back through my archive, this started happening some time after
  Date: Wed, 10 Jan 2024 15:27:11 +0000 (UTC)
but before
  Date: Fri,  5 Jul 2024 14:00:11 +0000 (UTC)
(unfortunately that's the best granularity I have).
