Dear Maintainer,

I use ntfy for quite some time and today it was replaced by debian
packaged version. After fixing issues with ntfy user renamed to _ntfy I
was able to start the server, but when I opened web UI I've got
following error:

"ntfy web root: no web app is running in the debian version"

Please update the package to include web server functionality.

The webapp is a nodejs app that requires packages that are not currently
in debian. I'll keep that on my radar to add if possible, but several
features in ntfy won't be available through debian packaging due to
missing golang and nodejs packages.
