Dear Maintainer,

When I drag a fully maximized window sideways, the system reproducibly
hangs.
The problem occurred both with konsole and emacs.  If I reduce the
vertical
height of the window and then drag it, all is well.  I think that the
problem
may be that captured below in syslog.

One notable point is that I have configured an extra large cursor.   The
problem
may be occurring because the cursor intersects the top screen edge.
