I intend to orphan the rust-json5 package
as I no longer have time to maintain rust-based packages.

The package description is:
  This package contains the source for the Rust json5 crate, packaged by debcargo
  for use with cargo and dh-cargo.

Dear Maintainer,

I would like to take over the rust-json5 package,
which is currently orphaned.

At the moment, updating the package to the current
upstream version (1.3.0) is not possible due to
missing dependencies in Debian sid. I would like
to look into it to provide a proper update in the
future.
