SUMMARY
Weather widget displaying Not available instead of current weather description

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Switch to German
2. Add Weather widget to desktop
3. Configure Southampton BBC weather service

OBSERVED RESULT
Weather report shows "Not available" under weather symbol

EXPECTED RESULT
Weather report shows German translation of weather condition

Linux/KDE Plasma: 5.27.5
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.103.0
Qt Version: 5.15.8

Looks like it is not a translation issue. I switched to American English
and it still is displaying "Not available".
