1. Import two OpenVPN VPNs into NetworkManager or configure them manually.
2. In GNOME, click the upper right corner of the screen to bring up
   the menu.
3. Click the arrow next to the VPN button to expand it and show the
   available VPNs.
4. Click the rocket switch next to one of the VPN names.
5. Click outside the menu twice to cause it to close.
6. Observe how the VPN does not activate.
7. Open and the menu and expand the VPN section again.
8. This time click on the _name_ of the VPN instead of the rocker
   switch.
9. Observe how the VPN activates correctly.
